The nation’s largest Bollywood fusion dance event comes to Chicago for its third year. Legends Bollywood Dance Championship brings the rhythm and spirit of the best collegiate dance teams in all of America. While rooted in Bollywood dance, originating from India, the college teams’ performances integrate various styles of dance including hip-hop, bhangra, contemporary, classical, and many more.

Catch the show in Chicago's historic Harris Theater for Music and Dance in the center of Millennium Park. It is the city's primary residence for music and dance, connecting diverse audiences with outstanding artists from across the city, the nation, and the world.
The Desi Dance Network, Inc. (DDN) was founded in 2014 to foster a community among artists engaged in competitive South Asian dance. Since the inception of the organization, Desi Dance Network has grown to include not only dancers, but all performance artists from multiple genres of South Asian performing arts (including DJs, producers, filmmakers, etc.). Because of its love for Indian Dance in America, Desi Dance Network co-hosts and sponsors various national events ranging from dance competitions, conventions, dance workshops, classes and forums.

Legends Bollywood Dance Championship is a culmination of the best performances from its partner dance competitions. Using a custom made ELO point system, Legends is able to determine the college dance teams with the highest caliber of skill and production. Legends is judged by team of extraordinary dance superstars, which will be unveiled closer to the show.
Legends, by Desi Dance Network, gives anyone interested in South Asian Dance a platform to showcase their talents and win cash prizes. DDN brings elite dancers together to compete in epic battles of artistry, precision and athleticism.
The dance teams will be judged by our panel of experts using a precise point system developed by Legends. Dancers will be judged on the following criteria: Choreography, Show Design, and Overall Effect. Choreography is further divided into five subsections of Technique, Creativity, Difficulty, Staging, and Performance. Show Design contrives of Concept, Music, Costumes and Set Design. And Overall Effect is the judge’s holistic perception of the entire production, combining all elements of dance and show design.
DDN is the most trusted and fastest growing South Asian dance brands, and is reaching out into other areas of entertainment, conventions, and team building. With a digital platform that houses almost 10,000 unique artists from across the country, it is now moving its influence globally into other countries such as England and Australia. Dancers from DDN’s circuit have racked millions of views on Youtube, and have found fame and acclaim within shows like So You Think You Can Dance, America’s Got Talent, Dance India Dance, and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, danced for movies like Manmarziyan. They’ve danced on stages for World of Dance. DDN’s filmmakers have created tons of viral content, dance videos, and also been an integral part producing movies such as the Jungle Book, Ready Player One, and Disney’s new Lion King.
